



Our Approach
Crafted in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, each small batch is distilled using time-honored techniques. The result: a refined tequila full of flavor while made from just three ingredients—100% blue Weber agave, deep well water, and native yeast. Every bottle we produce is a reflection of our core values: purity, craftsmanship, and bold flavors.
Our agave is single-estate grown and harvested only after reaching maturity over the course of 6-8 years. From there, the piñas are slow-cooked for at least two days in traditional stone-brick ovens before cooling for another 24 hours. A four-part roller mill process for extraction comes next in order to prepare for fermentation in open-air stainless-steel tanks with native yeast. After double distillation in copper pots, our blanco tequilas are either bottled for enjoyment or aged to perfection in barrels sourced from all over the world.
Our tequilas are offered at elevated proof levels for an elevated profile — 42.5% and 51.55% ABV — to enhance complexity and character. Crafted by Master Distiller Oscar Vazquez Camarena at the renowned El Sabino distillery in Jesus Maria, Mexico, every sip is a celebration of heritage, terroir, and adventure.
